The game had a very big importance for second-ranked BK Pardubice as it allowed them to take a leadership position in the league after previous leader did not play in round 15. BK Pardubice smashed 10th ranked Lokomotiva Plzen at home 79-59. The game without a history. BK Pardubice led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. BK Pardubice has a solid series of three victories in a row. As mentioned above they are at the top of the standings. , which they share with BK Prostejov. Lokomotiva Plzen lost third consecutive game. Newly promoted team keeps the tenth place with twelve games lost. They share the position with Svitavy.
