And finally the game worth to mention about is the one where first ranked Kepez Bld (9-1) smashed Gaziantep (7-3) in a home game by 20 points 82-62 on Saturday evening. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Gaziantep. The game was mostly controlled by Kepez Bld. Gaziantep managed to win second period 18-15. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Kepez Bld outrebounded Gaziantep 40-27 including a 30-17 advantage in defensive rebounds. American guard Marcus Hall (185-85, college: Colorado) fired 20 points, 8 rebounds and 8 assists for the winners. Naturalized Serbian power forward Mesut Ademoglu (207-82, college: NW Nazarene, agency: Global Sports Plaza) chipped in 12 points and 6 rebounds. Five Kepez Bld players scored in double figures. Forward Nikolay Pastal (202-83) produced 18 points and 5 rebounds and American forward Jamal Boykin (203-87, college: California) added 10 points and 8 rebounds respectively for lost side. Both coaches allowed to play bench players saving starting five for next games. Kepez Bld have an impressive five-game winning streak. They maintain first position in group B with 9-1 record, which they share with Optimum TED. Newly promoted Gaziantep keeps the third place with three games lost. Kepez Bld will face league's second-placed Optimum TED in Ankara in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Gaziantep will play at home against TED Istanbul.
