Everything could happen in Ptolemaida at the game between two tied teams. Both seventh ranked Apollon and 8th ranked FEA Neas had identical 5-5 record. This time Apollon used a home court advantage and defeated the opponent from Halkidon 62-53. Apollon's next round opponent will be bottom-ranked Amarillida (#12) on the road which should be theoretically an easy game. FEA Neas will play against Panathinaikos (#4) in Athens.
