Semi-Finals Game 2: KL Dragons - Philip.Patriots 92-95

Philippine Patriots advanced into ASEAN League Finals. They swept their best-of-three series against KL Dragons. Steve Thomas came up with 20 points and 19 rebounds to lead the Patriots to the decisive win in Game 2. The Patrios jumped in front early in the encounter. They grabbed an 18:11 lead late in the quarter and posted a 22:17 lead after ten minutes. But Nakiea Miller and Justin Leith quickly erased the deficit in the second term. The visitors persisted as Steve Thomas and Benedict Fernandez restored a 9-point lead for the Patriots. KL Dragons answered with 9 points in a row to level things up at 42 at halftime. Gabe Freeman and Egay Billones put the visitors back in front early in the third term. Soon Gabe Freeman opened a double-digit lead for the Patriots as they entered the fourth term up by 11 points 74:63. Nakiea Miller and Rudy Lingganay dragged the hosts within 5 points midway through the fourth quarter. However the Patriots stayed alert and gave little chance for the home team in the reminder of the contest. Egay Billones knocked down 18 points, while Gabe Freeman added 17 points and 11 boards for the winners. Rudy Lingganay responded with game-high 25 points for KL Dragons. Nakiea Miller had 24 points and 13 boards in the loss.
