An interesting game took place in Jonava where 4th placed Mazeikiai (18-10) was upset on the court of tenth ranked Triobet Malsta (11-16) 70-63 on Friday. It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of Mazeikiai. Mazeikiai was trailing by 1 point at halftime but managed to get 2-point lead after three quarters before a 23-14 charge of Triobet Malsta, which allowed them to win the game. The best player for the winners was guard Audrius Vasiliauskas (185-82) who scored 17 points, 7 rebounds and 7 assists. Forward Henrikas Vorotnikovas (202-90) chipped in 16 points and 8 rebounds. American guard Bryan Harrison (188-84, college: Georgia Coll.) produced 16 points and 4 assists and the other American import swingman Jason Warren (201-84, college: Missouri Western) added 13 points and 9 rebounds respectively for the guests. Triobet Malsta moved-up to ninth place, which they share with Silute. Loser Mazeikiai keeps the fourth position with ten games lost.
