Leader BK Prostejov delivered the fifteenth victory. This time they crushed 6th ranked B&W Opava (8-9) 104-58. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of B&W Opava. The game without a history. BK Prostejov led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated down low during the game scoring 60 of its points in the paint compared to B&W Opava's 26. They outrebounded B&W Opava 40-22 including a 29-13 advantage in offensive rebounds. It was a great shooting night for BK Prostejov especially from behind the arc, where they had solid 60.0 percentage. Worth to mention a great performance of Slovenian forward Zeljko Zagorac (204-81) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 17 points and 12 rebounds. American center Bertengeh Cadri-Nicholson (208-83, college: Denver) contributed with 15 points and 6 rebounds for the winners. Four BK Prostejov players scored in double figures. Forward Martin Vanak (200-87) answered with 11 points and 5 rebounds and international guard Jakub Sirina (185-87) added 12 points in the effort for B&W Opava. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. BK Prostejov (15-2) have an impressive series of seven victories in a row. They maintain first place. B&W Opava at the other side keeps the sixth position with nine games lost. They share it with BC Kolin. BK Prostejov will play against Novy Jicin (#4) in Novy Jicin in the next round. B&W Opava will play at home against USK Praha and hopes to get back on the winning track.
