Galatasaray snatched a vital win against Nymburk in EuroCup Last 16 tonight. Joshua Shipp hit a buzzer-beater to rescue the home team from a big time embarrassment. The Turkish team improved at 1-2 record, while dropping Nymburk at 0-3 in Group K. Both teams entered the game in a bad need of a victory. Nymburk looked slightly better in the opening frame. The visitors surprised Galatasaray to record a 17:14 lead after ten minutes. Nymburk improved their performance in the second term and cleared off. The Czech champions arrived at halftime up by 8 points 40:32. Galatasaray and Nymburk traded baskets throughout intense third frame. The hosts fired from all guns in the fourth quarter. The hosts managed to cut the deficit. Joshua Shipp had the last laugh in the clash as his buzzer-beater send the fans on their feet.
