Express L. top team - Snaefell (16-3) had no problems winning another game. This time they crushed sixth ranked Haukar (8-11) in Stykkisholmur 119-77. The game without a history. Snaefell led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. Snaefell outrebounded Haukar 42-29 including a 32-21 advantage in defensive rebounds. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 32 assists comparing to just 13 passes made by Haukar's players. American Sean Burton (175-86, college: Ithaca) fired a double-double by scoring 29 points, 7 rebounds and 11 assists for the winners. The former international guard Palmi Sigurgeirsson (190-78) chipped in 20 points and 5 assists. Four Snaefell players scored in double figures. Dutch-American forward Gerald Robinson (204-84, college: Tennessee-Martin, agency: Court Side) produced a double-double by scoring 24 points and 11 rebounds and American guard Semaj Inge (193-87, college: Temple) added 22 points and 5 assists respectively for lost side. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. The victory was the fourth consecutive win for Snaefell.
