Pepsi Caserta finished EuroCup Last 16 stage with victory. They held off Nymburk at home court to improve at 4-2 record in Group K. The victory however was not enough to propel Pepsi Caserta on top of the ladder. They finished in the second place just behind Estudiantes. Pepsi Caserta will take on Unics in EuroCup Final Eight. Nymburk ended Last 16 stage winless. The hosts got to a slightly better start as they gained an 18:13 lead midway through the opening term. But Nymburk capped the term with a 9:2 run to level things up at 24. Pepsi Caserta grabbed the lead midway through the second term when they went on a 13:0 run. The hosts rallied to a comfortable 51:38 halftime advantage. Afik Nissim and Dionte Christmas teamed up early in the third frame and dragged Nymburk back within two 56:58. They continued to deliver as Nymburk secured a 67:64 lead at the final break. Afik Nissim stretched the margin to 6 points in the final term but Pepsi Caserta responded with a 14:0 spurt to edge in front for good. Ebi Ere provided 15 points for the winners. Martin Colussi added 13 points for the home side. Afik Nissim responded with 22 points for Nymburk. Dionte Christmas netted 14 points in the loss.
