The game between third ranked Estonian TU/Rock (14-8) and sixth ranked Lithuanian Nevezis (13-9) was the most important one in the last round on Saturday night. TU/Rock was crushed by Nevezis in Kedainiai 81-55. The game without a history. Nevezis led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated down low during the game scoring 52 of its points in the paint compared to TU/Rock's 32. They outrebounded TU/Rock 48-32 including 17 on the offensive glass. The best player for the winners was forward Lukas Brazdauskis (203-88) who scored 17 points and 7 rebounds. Swiss-Lithuanian guard Rolandas Alijevas (192-85) chipped in 11 points, 6 rebounds and 5 assists. Four Nevezis players scored in double figures. Center Vallo Allingu (206-78) produced 14 points and 9 rebounds and American power forward Callistus Eziukwu (208-85, college: Grand Valley St.) added 11 points and 8 rebounds respectively for the guests. Nevezis moved-up to fifth place. Estonian champion TU/Rock clinched the third position with eight games lost.
