The game between Top Four teams took place in Brno. First ranked host Frisco Sika (19-1) smashed 3rd ranked Basket Slovanka MB (12-8). The game was mostly controlled by Frisco Sika. Basket Slovanka MB managed to win fourth quarter 17-15. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Frisco Sika dominated down low during the game scoring 64 of its points in the paint compared to Basket Slovanka MB's 30. Defending champion maintains first position in A1 with 19-1 record, which they share with USK Praha. Loser Basket Slovanka MB keeps the third place with eight games lost. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.
