The game between Top Four teams took place in Kumanovo. First ranked host Kumanovo 2009 (10-11) smashed 3rd ranked Ultimate Basket (5-15) 118-74. The game without a history. Kumanovo 2009 led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. Kumanovo 2009 dominated down low during the game scoring 72 of its points in the paint compared to Ultimate Basket's 40. They outrebounded Ultimate Basket 37-25 including a 21-10 advantage in offensive rebounds. Kumanovo 2009 players were unselfish on offense dishing 22 assists comparing to just 8 passes made by Ultimate Basket's players. It was a very good performance for power forward Daniel Kalov (204-89) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 15 points and 10 rebounds. Bosnian guard Ivica Vukotic (183-77) contributed with 15 points and 6 assists for the winners. Five Kumanovo 2009 players scored in double figures. Kumanovo 2009's coach felt very confident that he used entire bench which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Center Miroslav Petrovski (208-88) replied with 29 points and 9 rebounds and guard Slavisa Janeski (183-90) added 25 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists in the effort for Ultimate Basket. Newly promoted Kumanovo 2009 maintains first position in Play OUT with 10-11 record. Ultimate Basket at the other side, also newcomer in the league, keeps the third place with 15 games lost. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.
