The game without a history. KR led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They made 17-of-21 free shots (81.0 percent) during the game. KR looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. Great defensive blocking was one of the keys in this match when KR made 7 blocks. American guard Chazny Morris (178, college: UMKC) fired 25 points, 8 rebounds and 7 assists (made all of her seven free throws) for the winners. The former international forward Margret Sturludottir (178-89) chipped in 23 points and 5 rebounds. American guard Monique Martin (180-83, college: Brewton Parker) produced 23 points and 8 rebounds and Latvian forward Laura Audere (180-84) added 15 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists respectively for lost side. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
