The guests took control from the first minutes by winning the initial quarter 21-15. But Snaefell won second period 18-14. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. KR made 16-of-20 charity shots (80.0 percent) during the game. They also forced 19 Snaefell turnovers. American guard Chazny Morris (178, college: UMKC) orchestrated the victory by scoring 25 points and 9 rebounds (on 8-of-10 shooting from the field). The former international forward Margret Sturludottir (178-89) contributed with 23 points and 5 rebounds for the winners. American guard Monique Martin (180-83, college: Brewton Parker) replied with a double-double by scoring 20 points and 10 rebounds and Latvian forward Laura Audere (180-84) added 19 points and 6 rebounds in the effort for Snaefell. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures.
