The game between second ranked Lanus (15-10) and ninth ranked Quimsa (12-13) was the most important one in the last round on Friday night. Lanus was defeated by Quimsa in a tough game in Buenos Aires 69-75. Lanus trailed by 12 points after 3 quarters before a 21-15 run in the last quarter cut the deficit to 69-75 at the end of the game. 26 personal fouls committed by Lanus helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities.
