The most surprising game was another loss of Triobet Malsta (17-23) in Siauliai on Saturday night. Visitors were defeated by ABRO-Universitetas (14-26) 82-70. Triobet Malsta was trailing by 2 points at halftime but managed to get 6-point lead after three quarters before a 32-14 charge of ABRO-Universitetas, which allowed them to win the game. Worth to mention a great performance of guard Aivaras Kvedaravicius (184-88) who helped to win the game recording 24 points and 6 rebounds and Belarusian swingman Vitali Liutych (198-92) who added 19 points and 5 rebounds during the contest. Five ABRO-Universitetas players scored in double figures. Forward Henrikas Vorotnikovas (202-90) responded with 14 points (on 7-of-8 shooting from the field) and forward Ignas Dauksys (94-93) scored 12 points. Triobet Malsta's coach Kestutis Narusevicius rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. ABRO-Universitetas moved-up to fifth place in Group B. Triobet Malsta at the other side remained at the top position with 23 games lost.
