The hosts took control from the first minutes by winning the initial quarter 15-11. But BBC Boom won second period 13-10. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening, at least not yet. The game turned upside-down in the last quarter, where BBC Boom used huge pressure winning it 14-7 getting a tie at the end of regular time. They lost eventually overtime period 5-6. R.Spirou Monceau forced 20 BBC Boom turnovers. Worth to mention a great performance of international forward Virginie Michiels (182-87) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 13 points and 12 rebounds. Hungarian center Katalin Kurtozi (193-81, college: St.John's, agency: LBM Management) contributed with 9 points and 5 rebounds for the winners. The former international center Dana Boonen (197-79, college: Rutgers) answered with a double-double by scoring 19 points and 14 rebounds and guard Vreny Van Driel (176-88) added 14 points and 6 rebounds in the effort for BBC Boom.
