Regular Season Round 106: Rio Grande VV - Idaho S. 94-116

Date: March 21, 2011
Early turnovers pretty much ended the Vipers night before it got started–as the Idaho Stampede ran over, past and through the Vipers 116-94 on Monday night. The Vipers turned the ball over 17-times in the 1st-half–as the Stampede built a 61-40 lead at the half. The Vipers finished with 22-total turnovers. Jon Scheyer led RGV with 21-points, while the newest Viper, 7-foot-3 Hasheem Thabeet chipped in 11-points, 6-rebounds and 4-blocked shots in his first game as a Viper. Former NBA All-Star and Idaho forward Antoine Walker led all scorers with 26-points. The Vipers get another shot at Idaho on Wednesday night at State Farm Arena–tip off around 7pm. *Courtesy of www.rgvnews.net
