The guests took control from the first minutes by winning first half. But Zhejiang Cyclones won third quarter 28-21. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening, at least not yet. The game turned upside-down in the last quarter, where Zhejiang Cyclones used huge pressure winning it 22-19 getting a tie at the end of regular time. They lost eventually overtime period 10-15. Jiangsu Dragons had a 44-28 advantage in offensive rebounds. Great defensive blocking was one of the keys in this match when Jiangsu Dragons made 7 blocks. Worth to mention a great performance of American swingman Antoine Wright (201-84, college: Texas A&M) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 26 points, 14 rebounds and 4 assists. International swingman Li Yi (203-85) contributed with 26 points and 6 rebounds for the winners. Jiangsu Dragons' coach Qiang Xu used a ten-player rotation in such tough game. American forward Marcus Williams (201-86, college: Arizona, agency: Interperformances) answered with 33 points (!!!), 6 rebounds, 5 assists and 4 steals and the other American import power forward Josh Boone (208-84, college: Connecticut) added 19 points, 14 rebounds and 4 blocks in the effort for Zhejiang Cyclones. Four Zhejiang Cyclones players scored in double figures.
