Very expected game when 10th ranked Polonia Azbud (9-13) lost to fourth ranked Energa Czarni (14-8) in Slupsk 75-84 on Sunday. Polonia Azbud trailed by 11 points after 3 quarters before a 23-21 run in the last quarter cut the deficit to 75-84 at the end of the game. Energa Czarni looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. Quite impressive performance for American guard Jerel Blassingame (177-81, college: UNLV) who helped to win the game recording 16 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists. The former international forward Krzysztof Roszyk (200-78) contributed with 17 points and 5 rebounds for the winners. American-Puerto Rican guard Darnell Hinson (186-80, college: Northeastern St.) replied with 18 points and 8 rebounds and naturalized Cameroonian forward Harding NaNa (203-81, college: Delaware) added 10 points and 9 rebounds in the effort for Polonia Azbud. Five Energa Czarni and four Polonia Azbud players scored in double figures. Energa Czarni moved-up to third place, which they share with Trefl Sopot. Polonia Azbud lost third consecutive game. They dropped to the ninth position with 13 games lost.
