Regular Season Round 118: Tulsa 66ers - Santa Cruz W. 118-84

Elijah Millsap of the Tulsa 66ers (33-17) scored a season-high 30 points and Cole Aldrich posted 13 points, 10 rebounds and seven blocked shots to lead the 66ers to a commanding 118-84 home victory over the Dakota Wizards (18-31) in their regular season finale Saturday evening inside the Tulsa Convention Center. The 66ers, who led coast-to-coast, led by as many as 36 in the contest. The 34-point win marked the largest margin of victory for Tulsa this season and the second-largest ever at home. Also with the victory, Tulsa secured the fourth overall seed in the 2011 D-League playoffs that begin next week. The 66ers, who have earned home court advantage in the opening round, will learn their first round opponent on Sunday. Additionally, the 33 overall wins mark a 66ers record for victories in a season. Tulsa heads to the postseason for the second consecutive campaign. "I think our guys take pride in coming to work every day," Tulsa 66ers head coach Nate Tibbetts said. "I think the Thunder does a great job in what they do here every day and they have really given us all the resources to be successful. We have great guys that want to improve and that really helps." Also leading Tulsa Saturday was forward Ryan Reid who posted his fifth double-double of the season with 11 points and 10 boards.
