The most exciting game was a derby match between two local teams from Skopje: Fersped-Rabotnicki (#3) and MZT Skopje (#2). Fersped-Rabotnicki (17-8) won against visiting MZT Skopje (19-6) 91-82. The hosts were tied at the half but managed to speed up in last two quarters eventually winning the game. It was a great evening for the former international center Pero Blazevski (200-72) who led his team to a victory scoring 26 points, 8 rebounds, 6 assists and 4 steals. International guard Dimitar Mirakovski (180-81, agency: Interperformances) helped adding 16 points. At the losing side center Kiril Nikolovski (210-88, agency: Interperformances) responded with a double-double by scoring 17 points and 13 rebounds and naturalized Serbian forward Nenad Zivcevic (204-87) scored 17 points. Five Fersped-Rabotnicki and four MZT Skopje players scored in double figures. Fersped-Rabotnicki maintains third place in Superleague with 17-8 record having six points less than leader Feni Indistrija. MZT Skopje at the other side keeps the second position with six games lost. Fersped-Rabotnicki are looking forward to face ABA Strumica (#5) on the road in the next round. MZT Skopje will play against Lirija and is hoping to win this game.
