Regular Season Round 30: GET Vosges - Bordeaux 60-88

Leader Bordeaux delivered the twentieth fifth victory on Saturday night. This time they crushed 16th ranked Get Vosges (9-20) 88-60 in Golbey. The game was mostly controlled by Bordeaux. Get Vosges managed to win fourth quarter 17-15. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Bordeaux shot the lights out from three sinking 14 long-distance shots on high 56.0 percentage. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. Forward Romain Dardaine (200-88) had a double-double by scoring 29 points and 11 rebounds to lead the charge for the winners and American center John Ford (207-78, college: Colorado St.) chipped in 18 points (on 6-of-7 shooting from the field) during the contest. The best for the losing side was swingman A'Nsi Lema (197-84) with 18 points and 7 rebounds and Serbian guard Svetozar Popovic (195-87) scored 9 points and 7 assists. Get Vosges' coach Laurent Mathis gave up on the game allowing to play ten players seeing no chance for a win. Bordeaux have a solid three-game winning streak. They maintain first position with 25-4 record. Loser Get Vosges keeps the sixteenth place with 20 games lost. Bordeaux will meet at home league's second-placed Denain Voltaire in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Get Vosges will play against Saint-Quentin (#6) and hope to secure a win.
