Rather predictable result when sixth ranked Enisey Krasnoyarsk (10-10) edged at home bottom-ranked Triumph Lyubertsy (4-16) 98-97 on Tuesday. However just one-point win is not that big difference and the fans of host team counted on more convincing victory. The hosts trailed by 12 points after first quarter, but they rallied back and won the game by 1 point. Enisey Krasnoyarsk made 27-of-35 free shots (77.1 percent) during the game. Triumph Lyubertsy was plagued by 29 personal fouls down the stretch. The best player for the winners was American center Lonny Baxter (204-79, college: Maryland, agency: Priority Sports) who scored 35 points (!!!) and 6 rebounds (on 15-of-19 shooting from the field). Enisey Krasnoyarsk have a solid series of four victories in a row. They maintain sixth place with 10-10 record. Triumph Lyubertsy lost eighth consecutive game. They stay at the bottom position with 16 games lost. Enisey Krasnoyarsk will face higher ranked CSKA Moscow (#5) on the road in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory.
