And what about another game where USK Praha (#4) beat one of their biggest challengers Basketbol Brno 80-66 on the road. It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of Basketbol Brno. It looked good early as Basketbol Brno took an 2-point lead at the end of first quarter. But then USK Praha had a 26-12 second period charge getting the lead and Basketbol Brno was not able to take back game control losing it eventually 66-80. Worth to mention a great performance of international forward Vojtech Hruban (200-89) who helped to win the game recording 18 points and 7 rebounds. Forward Martin Kriz (200-93) contributed with 18 points and 8 rebounds for the winners. Four USK Praha players scored in double figures. Slovakian center Peter Sedmak (203-85) replied with 19 points and 9 rebounds and American guard Emmanuel Holloway (188-86, college: Illinois St.) added 11 points in the effort for Basketbol Brno. USK Praha (11-19) moved-up to third place in A2. Basketbol Brno at the other side dropped to the fourth position with 20 games lost. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.
