The game in Strumica was also worth to mention about. Fourth ranked Torus Skopje (17-11) played at the court of 6th ranked ABA Strumica (9-19). Torus Skopje managed to secure a 4-point victory 92-88. The guests took control from the first minutes by winning first half. But ABA Strumica won fourth quarter 23-20. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. The former international power forward Bojan Trajkovski (206-88, agency: Global Sports Plaza) notched 34 points (!!!) to lead the effort and forward Marjan Janevski (203-88) supported him with 13 points. Even 20 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists by American center John Chappell (208, college: S.Carolina) did not help to save the game for ABA Strumica. His fellow American import guard Jeremiah Boswell (194-82) added 20 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists for lost side. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Torus Skopje maintains fourth position with 17-11 record. ABA Strumica lost seventh consecutive game. Newly promoted team keeps the sixth place with 19 games lost. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.
