Semi-Finals Game 3: Pyrinto - Korihait 90-77

It looked good early as UU-Korihait took an 2-point lead at the end of first quarter. But then Tampereen Pyrinto had a 22-18 second period charge getting the lead and UU-Korihait was not able to take back game control losing it eventually 77-90. Tampereen Pyrinto dominated down low during the game scoring 56 of its points in the paint compared to UU-Korihait's 32 and made 16-of-21 charity shots (76.2 percent) during the game. Tampereen Pyrinto players were unselfish on offense dishing 22 assists. American players dominated also this game. It was a great evening for forward Damon Williams (201-73, college: Colorado St.-Pueblo) who led his team to a victory scoring 15 points, 8 rebounds and 9 assists. Forward Antwine Williams (192-75, college: N.Colorado, agency: Prossin Sports Management) helped adding 19 points and 4 assists. Five Tampereen Pyrinto players scored in double figures. The best for the losing side was swingman Nigel Moore (195-81, college: Alabama A&M) with 26 points and 5 rebounds and forward Lawrence Wright (195-84, college: Bradley) scored 22 points.
