MMKS DG are now step away from the promotion to PLK after a tough overtime success over LKS Lodz. The hosts trailed by 14 points after three quarters before their 31-17 charge, which allowed them to tie the game at the end of regular time and get a 7-point victory in overtime. LKS Sphinx was plagued by 33 personal fouls down the stretch. Guard Lukasz Szczypka (185-80) orchestrated the victory by scoring 19 points. Power forward Adam Lisewski (206-80) contributed with a double-double by scoring 11 points and 12 rebounds for the winners. MMKS Dabrowa Gornicza's coach Wojciech Wieczorek used a ten-player rotation in such tough game. Forward Jakub Dluski (200-87) replied with 16 points and 7 rebounds and guard Bartlomiej Szczepaniak (187-81) added 14 points in the effort for LKS Sphinx.
