An interesting game for BK Pardubice (6-4) which hosted in Pardubice second-best BK Prostejov (7-3). Third ranked BK Pardubice had an easy win 89-68. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of BK Prostejov. The game without a history. BK Pardubice led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. It was a good game for American power forward Marcus Arnold (207-84, college: Illinois, agency: Stanley International) who led his team to a victory with 20 points and 7 rebounds (on 7-of-8 shooting from the field). International forward Petr Bohacik (202-85) contributed with 12 points and 9 rebounds for the winners. Arnold is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market. Four BK Pardubice players scored in double figures. Canadian forward Kyle Landry (206-86, college: N.Arizona) replied with 9 points and 7 rebounds and American guard Eugene Lawrence (184-86, college: St.John's) added 11 points in the effort for BK Prostejov. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. BK Pardubice maintains third position with 6-4 record having 32 points less than leader CEZ Nymburk. BK Prostejov at the other side keeps the second place with three games lost. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.
