The game without a history. GasTerra led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated on the defensive end, holding BS Weert to just 7 points in first quarter. GasTerra dominated down low during the game scoring 58 of its points in the paint compared to BS Weert's 36. GasTerra forced 19 BS Weert turnovers and outrebounded them 47-36 including 35 on the defensive glass. The game was dominated by American players. Worth to mention a great performance of guard Matt Bauscher (188-85, college: Boise St., agency: 540 Sports) who helped to win the game recording 15 points and 5 assists. Guard Jason Dourisseau (196-83, college: Nebraska) contributed with 11 points and 9 rebounds for the winners. Five GasTerra players scored in double figures. GasTerra's coach Marco van den Berg felt very confident that he used 11 players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Power forward Donte Minter (203-84, college: Virginia) answered with 8 points and 8 rebounds and guard Trey McDowell (188-85, college: Louisiana Tech, agency: Court Side) added 10 points and 5 rebounds in the effort for BS Weert.
