The game without a history. KTP-Basket led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. KTP-Basket forced 20 UU-Korihait turnovers. Strangely UU-Korihait outrebounded KTP-Basket 46-33 including 20 on the offensive glass. American forward Jerald Fields (201-82, college: E.Tenn.St., agency: Lanshire Group) contributed with 15 points, 7 rebounds, 4 assists and 4 steals for the winners. KTP-Basket's coach Lars Ekstrom felt very confident that he used entire bench which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. American forward James Reaves (203-82, college: Niagara) answered with a double-double by scoring 24 points and 14 rebounds and the other American import forward Lawrence Wright (195-84, college: Bradley) added 14 points and 9 rebounds in the effort for UU-Korihait.
