The most exciting game of round 8 in the BSN took place in Guaynabo. This derby game ended with only three-point home defeat of 4th ranked Mets (7-4) to second ranked Vaqueros (7-2) 80-77 on Saturday evening. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Mets. Mets were tied after three quarters but could not keep up in the last quarter eventually losing the game. Mets at the other side dropped to the third place with four games lost. Vaqueros is looking forward to face Atleticos (#7) in San German in the next round where they are favorite. Mets will play on the road against Caciques (#5) in Humacao and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
