The game was mostly controlled by La Union. Atenas managed to win third quarter 16-14. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. They made 18-of-23 free shots (78.3 percent) during the game. La Union outrebounded Atenas 35-24 including 26 on the defensive glass. The best player for the winners was the former international forward Gabriel Mikulas (201-80, college: E.Carolina, agency: Interperformances) who scored 18 points and 8 rebounds.
