Quarter-Finals Round 3: Aris - Marousi 69-45

The game without a history. Aris led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated on the defensive end, holding Marousi to just 6 points in second quarter. The best player for the winners was American power forward Anthony King (206-85, college: Miami, FL, agency: Interperformances) who scored 12 points and 8 rebounds. The former international forward Christos Tapoutos (208-82) chipped in 12 points and 6 rebounds. Four Aris players scored in double figures. At the other side the best for losing team was Croatian center Dalibor Bagaric (217-80) who recorded 10 points and 9 rebounds and guard Yannis Gagaloudis (191-78) added 11 points and 5 rebounds respectively. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games.
