Semi-Finals Game 3: Panathinaikos - PAOK 105-65

The game without a history. Panathinaikos led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated down low during the game scoring 60 of its points in the paint compared to PAOK's 26 and made 18-of-21 free shots (85.7 percent) during the game. It was a great shooting night for Panathinaikos especially from behind the arc, where they had solid 56.3 percentage. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 32 assists comparing to just 15 passes made by PAOK's players. The best player for the winners was international power forward Kostas Kaimakoglou (206-83) who scored 12 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists. International guard Nick Calathes (198-89, college: Florida) chipped in 12 points and 6 assists (on 6-of-7 shooting from the field). Five Panathinaikos players scored in double figures. Panathinaikos' coach Zeljko Obradovic felt very confident that he used entire bench which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. At the other side the best for losing team was American guard Dionte Christmas (196-86, college: Temple) who recorded 16 points and the other American import forward Robert Dozier (206-85, college: Memphis) added 10 points and 7 rebounds respectively.
