No shocking result in a game when third ranked Waikato P. (8-3) beat 7th ranked Auckland P. (2-6) in Hamilton 89-77 on Wednesday. The game was mostly controlled by Waikato P.. Auckland P. was better in third quarter 30-20. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Waikato P. had a 35-22 advantage in offensive rebounds.
