Semi-Finals Game 2: M.Hainaut - Aalstar 84-78
Date: May 26, 2011
The hosts took control from the first minutes by winning first half. But Okapi Aalstar won third quarter 22-21. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Dexia Mons-Hainaut made 16-of-19 charity shots (84.2 percent) during the game. American guard Ron Lewis (193-84, college: Ohio St.) notched 26 points and 6 rebounds to lead the effort and the other American import forward Justin Cage (198-85, college: Xavier, agency: Priority Sports) supported him with 18 points and 10 rebounds. Even 22 points and 9 rebounds by American swingman Anthony Hilliard (193-86, college: Elizabeth City) did not help to save the game for Okapi Aalstar. American-Lithuanian power forward Christopher Young (206-79, college: Michigan, agency: Court Side) added 13 points and 11 rebounds for the guests. Four Okapi Aalstar players scored in double figures.
