Guasave grabbed 3-1 lead against Guaymas following a narrow road win. The guests trailed by 1 point at the halftime before their 33-25 charge in the third quarter, which allowed them to win the game. Frayles de Guasave dominated down low during the game scoring 72 of its points in the paint compared to Ostioneros de Guaymas' 50.
