The guests took control from the first minutes by winning first half. But Caballeros de Culiacan won third quarter 23-17. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Rayos de Hermosillo made 22-of-29 free shots (75.9 percent) during the game. Great defensive blocking was one of the keys in this match when Rayos de Hermosillo made 9 blocks.
