The guests were already 11 points ahead after 3 quarters before a 21-18 Ostioneros de Guaymas' run in the last quarter cut the lead to 93-85 at the end of the game. The game was dominated by American players. Guard Davin White (186-81, college: Cal.St. Northridge) orchestrated the victory by scoring 33 points (!!!), 7 rebounds and 7 assists. Forward Brandon Brown (201-85, college: Cal.St.-San Bernar.) contributed with a double-double by scoring 26 points and 10 rebounds for the winners. Brown is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market. Guard Richard Roby (198-85) answered with 31 points and 6 rebounds and forward Jerome Habel (208-85, college: San Diego St.) added 19 points and 9 rebounds in the effort for Ostioneros de Guaymas. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
