Umana Reyer went on an impressive rescue rally in the dying seconds of regulation to force overtime and eventually tamed Fastweb Casale for the first win in the title series. The guests trailed by 8 points after three quarters before their 28-20 charge, which allowed them to tie the game at the end of regular time and get a 5-point victory in overtime. American-Bulgarian guard Kiki Clark (173-84, college: St.Peter's) orchestrated the victory by scoring 29 points and 7 rebounds. American guard Lans Harris (195-83, college: Kansas St.) contributed with 23 points for the winners. American guard Donell Taylor (198-82, college: UAB) replied with 18 points and 6 rebounds and his fellow American import guard Ricky Hickman (190-85, college: NC-Greensboro) added 13 points and 5 assists in the effort for Fastweb CM. Four Fastweb CM players scored in double figures. Both coaches used bench players in such tough game.
