The most exciting game of round 26 in the BSN took place in Guaynabo. This derby game ended with only one-point defeat on the road of 5th ranked Cangrejeros (15-14) to fourth ranked Mets (17-12) 94-93 on Friday evening. The hosts trailed by 10 points at the halftime before their 30-16 charge in the third quarter, which allowed them to win the game. 25 personal fouls committed by Cangrejeros helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. Cangrejeros lost third consecutive game. They dropped to the sixth position with 14 games lost. Mets is looking forward to face Maratonistas (#8) in Coamo in the next round where they are favorite. Cangrejeros will have a break next round.
