The game was mostly controlled by Vaqueros. Caciques managed to win third quarter 24-14. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Vaqueros dominated down low during the game scoring 60 of its points in the paint compared to Caciques' 34. It was a quality performance for the former international guard Javier Mojica (190-84, college: Cent.Conn.St., agency: Alti Sport) who led the winners and scored 23 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists (on 10-of-13 shooting from the field). American forward Terrence Shannon (203-79, college: Elgin CC, agency: Paris Global Sports) accounted for 23 points and 7 rebounds for the winning side. Four Vaqueros players scored in double figures. American swingman James Maye (201-81, college: NC-Greensboro) came up with a double-double by scoring 13 points and 14 rebounds and point guard Denis Clemente (185-86, college: Kansas St., agency: KMG Sports Management) added 19 points and 4 steals (went 10 for 10 at the free throw line !!!) respectively for Caciques in the defeat.
