The guests trailed by 1 point after first quarter, but they rallied back to get the 8-point lead at the halftime and eventually won the game 79-71. It was a good game for FYR Macedonian-American guard Darius Washington (188-85, college: Memphis) who led his team to a victory with 27 points. International center Peter John Ramos (222-85) contributed with a double-double by scoring 10 points and 11 rebounds for the winners. Panamanian power forward Jaime Lloreda (201-80, college: LSU, agency: Paris Global Sports) replied with a double-double by scoring 16 points, 14 rebounds and 4 assists and forward Mike Harris (198-83, college: Rice) added 13 points and 9 rebounds in the effort for Atleticos. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
