The hosts took control from the first minutes by winning first half. But Quebradillas won third quarter 25-16. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Great defensive blocking was one of the keys in this match when Vaqueros made 7 blocks. Worth to mention a great performance of international forward Carmelo Antrone Lee (201-77, college: Long Beach St., agency: Paris Global Sports) who helped to win the game recording 22 points and 6 rebounds. The former international guard Christian Dalmau (194-77, college: Daytona Beach CC, agency: Paris Global Sports) contributed with 16 points and 5 assists for the winners. Five Vaqueros players scored in double figures. International center Peter John Ramos (222-85) replied with a double-double by scoring 22 points and 16 rebounds and international guard David Huertas (196-87, college: Mississippi) added 23 points in the effort for Quebradillas.
