Semi-Finals Game 6: Bayamon - Quebradillas 82-101

Date: July 21, 2011
The game was mostly controlled by Quebradillas. Vaqueros managed to win fourth quarter 28-26. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. It was a good game for FYR Macedonian-American guard Darius Washington (188-85, college: Memphis) who led his team to a victory with 25 points and 5 assists (perfect from the field making all ten shots !!!). International guard David Huertas (196-87, college: Mississippi) contributed with 22 points and 5 rebounds for the winners. The former international guard Javier Mojica (190-84, college: Cent.Conn.St., agency: Alti Sport) replied with 21 points and 4 assists and naturalized Dominican forward Franklin Western (200-72, college: Providence) added 19 points and 5 rebounds in the effort for Vaqueros. Five Quebradillas and four Vaqueros players scored in double figures. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
