British Virgin Islands celebrated in their first appearance in Nassau. They handed 66-54 loss to Cayman Islands for 1-0 record in Preliminary Group B. Cayman Islands failed in Day One as well, so they dropped to 0-2 now. Rashid Cann was the leading player in victory with 16 points and 6 assists. Kennedy Bass had 12 points, 6 rebounds and 6 assists, while Norville Carey also helped with 12 pts. In defeat, Shaad O'Garro top-scored with 15 points. Lloyd Samuels had 12 points, and Jerome Narcisse added 9 points and 7 boards. Quarters: 18-23, 17-7, 6-12, 13-24. In Day Three, British Virgin Islands will meet Bermudas.
