Preliminary Round Day 4: U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS - GUYANA 111-51

US Virgin Islands registered second straight win in Nassau. This time they blasted Guyana 111-51 for perfect 2-0 record in Preliminary Group A. Thanks to this win, US Virgin Islands already booked a spot for the Semifinals. They will meet Jamaica today and the winner will end as No.1 of this pool. Guyana dropped to 0-2, same as Antigua. Aaron Brown shined for the winners with 21 points and 5 rebounds. Ivan Aska had 18 points and 9 boards, while Jason Edwin (11 rebs) and Phillip Michael (6 rebs) helped with 13 points each. In defeat, Keron McKenzie collected 25 points and 5 rebounds. Ryan Gullen (7 rebs) and Dwayne Roberts (6 rebs) scored 8 points apiece. Quarters: 28-13, 26-21, 34-14, 23-3. Today is the last day of the Preliminary Round in Nassau.
