Regular Season Round 3: SKK Siedlce - Sportino 72-64

No shocking result in a game when leader SKK Siedlce (2-0) beat at home bottom-ranked Sportino (0-3) 72-64 on Saturday. The hosts took control from the first minutes by winning first half. But Sportino won third quarter 18-16. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. SKK Siedlce forced 34 Sportino turnovers and outrebounded them 44-19 including a 16-4 advantage in offensive rebounds. It was a good game for swingman Michal Przybylski (194-84) who led his team to a victory with 17 points and 9 rebounds. Swingman Adrian Czerwonka (196-81, agency: Promotex) contributed with 11 points and 9 rebounds for the winners. Five SKK Siedlce players scored in double figures. Guard Jedrzej Jankowiak (183-83, agency: Promotex) answered with 19 points and the former international guard Grzegorz Kukielka (192-83) added 21 points in the effort for Sportino. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. SKK Siedlce moved-up to second place. Loser Sportino still closes the standings with three games lost. SKK Siedlce will face league's leader Spojnia in Stargard in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week.
