Very expected game in Roma where 9th ranked Pomezia (1-3) was defeated by fifth ranked Orvieto (3-2) 61-47 on Sunday. The game was mostly controlled by Orvieto. Pomezia was better in third quarter 16-14. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Orvieto maintains fifth place in South with 3-2 record, which they share with S.E.Battipaglia. Pomezia lost their third game in a row. They keep the ninth position with three games lost. Orvieto will face Battipaglia (#11) at home in the next round which should be theoretically an easy game. Pomezia will play against T. La Spezia.
